The first questions I always ask a couple when I meet them, is “What is your budget?” And the biggest answer I receive is we don’t know yet. Or they have unrealistic expectations for their budget because they have no idea what things cost when it comes to planning a wedding. Which is completely normal and understandable! If you’ve never been married before, how would you know? But when you begin planning, your budget is the first thing you must figure out, because that guides you through the rest of the planning process. So I decided to put together an average wedding budget for our area below to help you determine what your budget needs to be.
Weddings in this area range between $15,000 and $50,000. But on average, people stay in the $30,000 range. So below, I have broken down what each vendor costs on average for our area to give you a better idea. But keep in mind, all of these categories are estimates and fluctuate depending on your individual choices. And not everyone books every single category below.
